World Health Organization began on 7 April 1948 currently contains more than 7000 people working in 150 country offices, in six regional offices and at the headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

WHO’s primary role is to direct and coordinate international health within the United Nations system by their main areas of work being health systems; health through the life-course; non-communicable and communicable diseases; preparedness, surveillance and response; and corporate services.

WHO also supports countries as they coordinate the efforts of governments and partners – including bi- and multilaterals, funds and foundations, civil society organizations and the private sector, working together they attain health objectives by supporting national health policies and strategies, aiming to build a better, healthier future for people all over the world.

International Labour Organization, the only tripartite United Nations agency, brings together governments, employers and workers of 187 member States, in order to set labour standards, develop policies and devise programmes promoting decent work for all women and men, since 1919.

It seeks to address issues that go beyond the responsibilities of any one organization.

This committee is inspired by the book and movie Ready Player One and the delegates will try to win Halliday's Easter Egg Hunt in a race involving two cabinets going head to head.

During the course of history, wars were fought for many reasons, some personal and some economical. Among the many that were fought, the Battle of Constantinople was a great significance. As the city was an important trade route for the European countries, access to the Black Sea and a link for goods and services from the Silk Road in China.  

 After the death of II. Murad, his hire II. Mehmed achieved the throne when he was just nineteen years old. Many European leaders assumed that the new ruler of Ottoman would not be a danger for the Christian world and its hegemony. But the new Sultan’s mild words were different. By actions, Mehmet the second showed that he will be on his way to siege the Capital of the Byzantine Empire.

 Some still believe force of God and saying the Holy City cannot be conquered by Anatolians and some others trust to the coalition of Christian world but besides all those, nothing changes the young Sultan’s ambition to take the city. Everyone in Constantinople feel the tension between empires around cities’ walls.
